One leak.
Three affected stories.
I created this sketch after a third-floor plumbing leak affected all three stories. Multiple ceiling types and a cut-up floor plan required careful measurements, while the heat from running air scrubbers and dehumidifiers made efficiency important. These two views show the same model from different angles.
