Independent field adjuster with an operator mindset, supporting IA firms and TPAs across daily claims, CAT response, commercial property, flood, and large-loss work.
I’m Julian Badillo, based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I work with a founder-operator level of ownership on every assignment: dependable inspections, disciplined documentation, practical communication, and work product that helps teams move files forward.
For more than 10 years, I’ve supported daily, catastrophe, commercial, residential, flood, large-loss, and mixed property assignments. The standard stays the same regardless of file type: clear scope, organized photos and notes, and complete delivery that keeps reviewers moving.
I also serve as a NACA Director and currently teach Xactimate Mobile exclusively for Pilot. Xactimate Mobile is an essential part of my inspection, documentation, sketching, and estimating workflow in the field.
Training Boundary
Xactimate Mobile training is currently provided exclusively through Pilot.
I am not accepting outside training clients at this time so assignment performance stays the priority.
